He has conducted leadership training and coaching from small businesses to private corporations, sport teams, education organizations, and government entities. His passion is to bring his experience to anyone whom wishes to grow themselves, their business or organization.

Mr. Iannucci was born and raised in Stratford, CT. He graduated from Clarkson University with an BS in Aeronautical Engineering. During his time there, Mr. Iannucci helped to develop and teach a new curriculum in Engineering and Management. Mr. Iannucci earmed a commission in the US Air Force in 2003 where he served four years on Active D
Mr. Iannucci was born and raised in Stratford, CT. He graduated from Clarkson University with an BS in Aeronautical Engineering. During his time there, Mr. Iannucci helped to develop and teach a new curriculum in Engineering and Management. Mr. Iannucci earmed a commission in the US Air Force in 2003 where he served four years on Active Duty, and has served in the USAF reserves since, and still does today. He has earned a Masters in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle, a Masters in Military Strategy from the Marine Corps University, and is continuing to develop his leadership and group dynamic theory as a PhD student with Eastern University.
Mr. Iannucci has coached baseball, bowling, and hockey from youth to college. He has served as a sitting City Council Member and President, and represented Florida as a member of the Environmental and Energy State Committee.
Mr. Iannucci has two children, and is an avid family man. He started Iannucci 3.0 to continue to serve the people, and to build a legacy for his children.

Our Board of Directors (BoD) keeps our vector, and promotes our growth. The BoD is chaired by Mr. Iannucci as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The remaining board members consist of a Vice Chair/Chief of Operations (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Director of Communications (DOC), and Secretary. The remaining members of the board are share holders from various organizations and industries.
